Wine Month Cocktail from Finger Lakes Distilling

Whiskey & Wine
Ingredients:
- 3 ounces FLX dry red wine (recommend Knapp Cabernet Sauvignon)
- 1 ounce McKenzie Straight Bourbon
- 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce Method Sweet Vermouth
Garnish: lemon wheels and fresh thyme
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, shake and strain over ice into a collins glass, then garnish with your lemon wheels and thyme.
